We accept common drawing and model formats used for custom metal parts. A controlled PDF drawing should define dimensions, tolerances, materials and finishes even when a 3D model is supplied.
Commonly Accepted Formats
PDF for controlled drawings and specifications
DXF and DWG for 2D profiles and fabrication details
STEP and STP for neutral 3D model exchange
JPG and PNG for marked-up references
BOM and supporting documents in common office formats
Recommended File Package
Include a revision-controlled PDF drawing.
Provide STEP/STP for complex formed or machined geometry.
Identify units, material grade and surface treatment.
Mark critical dimensions and inspection requirements.
Include quantity, application and assembly context.
File Consistency Check
If the 2D drawing and 3D model differ, production does not proceed on assumption. The discrepancy is raised for confirmation and the approved source of truth is recorded.
Discuss Your Drawings and Requirements
Send the drawing, material, quantity and application details for an engineering review and project-specific quotation.
